My download didn't start, what should I do?
The downloads on the Says You! archive do not start automatically. After you have finalized your purchase there will be a box near the bottom of the page with the name of the file (for example, SY-110.mp3) and a button that reads 'download'. Click the button, choose a location on your computer to save our show, and listen again and again. If you have exited the window, you can still access your purchased files by logging in and clicking on the 'my account' button at the top left of the page. You should see a list of your recent purchases. Click on the 'view' button next to the purchase that failed to download and download the file by clicking on the 'download' button.

Certain show numbers seem to be missing, why is this?
There are two possible reasons. First: The show is missing and we are desperately searching the archives! Or second: They were composite shows made up of missing rounds we did not have time to include in the half-hour format. When we started doing The Director's Cut, all rounds were included so the composite shows would simply be duplications of rounds you've already purchased.
Why are some shows listed as The Director's Cut?
For the first nine years of the show, we were aired only in a half-hour format. Since late 2005, an hour-long version has been available known as 'The Director's Cut'. Some of the 700 and 800 series shows were re-formatted as DC's although many retained the half hour format.
I'm trying to find the show that was taped in my hometown. How do I go about this?
You can search by city, taping location, and in some cases date by using the 'search' box on the right-hand side of the page. In recent years, you can also check for musical performers or guest stars.
